How does the free trial work?
Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial — full access, no credit card required. If Linden isn't for you, do nothing and you simply drop back to the Free plan. No surprise charges, ever.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in two taps from Settings, whenever you like. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you can come back any time — your family's plan and preferences will be waiting.
Are the prices including VAT?
Yes. All prices shown include VAT. What you see is exactly what you pay — no surprises at checkout.
What happens when my trial ends?
If you've added a payment method, your plan continues seamlessly. If not, your account moves to the Free plan automatically — nothing is deleted, and you can upgrade again whenever you're ready.
Can I switch between plans?
Absolutely. Upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and yearly billing at any time. Changes are prorated, so you only ever pay for what you use.
How do payments work?
Payments are handled securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
